June 11th Yoshi's in SF

What a way to kick off the summer. So Kevin , Pia, Frances, Emmeline, Josh and Jamel head to SF for the show. Got there hella early and ended up walking around Japantown where we found the mall and they had some pretty clean shit there. Might have to go back to hit it up. around 6 or 7 we head to Yoshi's and get ready to eat. We spent hella long there to make sure we got seats for the show. In the mean time we watched the Finals. fuck the lakers anyway.

so we get in the line and no one seems to know the rules of the line so we ended up pushing ourselves in. we catch our seats and they make us buy more shit WTF. anyway i got water for everyone cuz i was in a good ass mood. 20 minutes after we got our seats, the PA goes off introducing ryan leslie. He slowly came out from behind the stage.

He came out and played so many great songs...the acapella version of gibberish. he even featured songs off of his new album yeah it's done. Fuck so many good songs. Ryan Leslie is truely and inspiration as an artist. He makes me want to become better. So I gotta say he is a great entertainer and you can see an example in the video clip

This is one scene from one of the greatest movies of 2009. The movie is Up and actually caught me by surprise. This was a great movie. Very rarely does a movie catch my attention the entire time.
But i was focused and greatly entertained. It is the story of a man who wishes to live his dream of living at paradise falls. As he ventures in his "Balloon House", he brings an unexpected guest with him.
This adventure brought the child his hope and kindness back into the man's heart

Why I Love Music

There has been so many instances where I've been blown away by  song for example: The first time I heard After Tonight by Justin Nozuka...Thank You Julian. There's also songs that are just great for example Halo by Beyonce. She sings the song well but the video will show you that sometimes people can sing so well that they almost make me wanna quit rapping and learn how to sing...almost. Considering today is sort of important...I decided to write a new post. This one is going to be more of a reflection. First I wanna say that the people I surround myself with keep me solid. I'm talking East Bay folks, people I grew up with, everyone. And the people who are no longer with us...there memories will always keep us happy. But I feel everyone has an affect on my life and he's how I see it...

After 20 years I think I finally have it figured out....LIFE IS LIKE A GAME OF DICE...sometimes you're up and sometimes you're down but the most important thing is TO KEEP ROLLIN'. No matter what obstacles stand in the way, or difficulties you face...Keep Going.

SORRY FOR BEING SO LATE...BUT I HAD TO ORGANIZE IT AND MAKE IT PERFECT

SO ITS FINALLY BEEN A YEAR WITH FRANCES...AND I MUST SAY ITS BEEN AN AMAZING YEAR...SO I HAD TO SHOW THIS WITH AN AMAZING GESTURE...SO WE GOT TICKETS TO...DUH DUH DUH DUHHH...BRITNEY SPEARS. STARTED OUT THE DAY BY GOING TO HER HOUSE TO PICK HER UP. THEN WE ATE PHO HELLA GOOD GO AN ENERGY DRINK AND WE WERE OFF TO SACRAMENTO. LONG ASS DRIVE BUT WE FINALLY ARRIVE AT 6:30 AND ODDLY ENOUGH FELT A BIT OUT OF PLACE IMAGINE THAT.

1st post...WRITER'S BLOCK

Well...just starting off with my first blog ever I'm not exactly sure how I should use this. It can be for poetry, a glimpse into my life or just a track of time. Either way this is going to be a great use for me and for people who want to get to know me.
Creatively I haven't been creating as much, but I have been improving on playing guitar and getting a wider scope for music. Anyways, I really want to get back into the lab. My plans are basically to write a series of mixtapes with beats from a variety to people and as of right now I have beats from Cam Moss shout out to Cam www.myspace.com/cammossofficial and I'd really like some more beats from anyone who is really inspired and who love their music so much.

But we continue on...uhm so I guess I can give you an example of my work...if that's what you want to call it. This piece is called Daydream it's my version of Lupe Fiasco's song Daydreaming. It's inspired from an a day dream I was having during senior year. Wrote it to the Daydreaming instrumental and it resulted in this
